If you scroll down there should be option for two way synchronization.;)

I use mailbox.org and changes on my contacts get synchronized with the menu-option without problems. I tested it with changing the name and seconds after use "Synchronize" the changes are on my phone....

Hey Pat - thanks for taking the time to answer. But the adviced procedure only syncronises new contacts. Changing a field or two, like first and last name isn't enough to force it either.

If you go to Settings>Accounts>Your account for synchronizing. And then pull the menu down, there should be option Synchronize or something like this. Hopefully this will work! Pat
